Should my Candidate be asked to enter a username and password?

No they should not...Only system users (our Clients) of the platform require a login by username and password.

If you or one of your candidates/participants is being asked to complete an assessment when clicking on a link in an invite sent by email, there is never any requirement to login to complete the assessment.

Sometimes depending on the e-mail system the security settings embedded in the link can be removed and as a result may be directed to the login screen.

If this happens we advise copying the link for the assessment to a brand new browser tab (rather than clicking on it directly), right click on the "Complete the Questionnaire now" button, and you should see an option for copy.  There may also be an option to open in browser or similar, that is also something to try.

And to reiterate someone completing an assessment does not need to login at any stage.
