We take a scientific approach when it comes to matching candidates to roles and to teams.
Candidates are invited to complete a personality traits & characteristics survey (based on the Big5 personality scale), by understanding what is important to them in a team and their personal behavioural preferences, we can determine appropriate job fit matches.
In the same session they are also invited to complete a survey on their workplace environment and cultural preferences.
Hiring Managers recruiting for the role, are also invited to complete a survey which determines their workplace environment and cultural preferences.
These surveys both present a series of statements where the participants are asked to rate the extent to which they agree or disagree with. The process takes both the candidates and clients under 7 minutes to complete and is done through an automated link sent via email.
Using insights generated from the survey results, the software displays a ranked list of the best possible candidate choices for the team and the role you are looking to hire them for.
Each candidate is assessed against the job profile and their cultural fit compatibility - graphical and text
insights are presented along with suggested questions that may be asked during an interview, to help
you focus on areas that need further investigation.
