Link fails, is not authorised or blocked

Only users of the platform require a login with a username and password to use any assessment links and clicking on a link should work without an issue.


Sometimes, however an organisations Security policies can prevent the link from working and will present an errror such as unauthorised or blocked.


If this happens please advise your IT team to whitelist the e-mail, web & API
