MyPeople Customer Gateway

MyPeople are engaging with more and more Recruitment Process Outsource companies (RPO's), these RPO's are Companies that provide recruitment services to other organisations and some RPO's may work across several customers at once.


MyPeople feel it would be impractical for each of these RPO's, or any other multi-Customer organisation, to manage multiple URLs and logins for each of their Customers MyPeople platforms.


We therefore have developed the MyPeople GATEWAY which allows RPO's to easily gain access to the Customers platforms that they require (and only those platforms) whilst also allowing GATEWAY users to access their own platform only, if it's a requirement.


GATEWAYS can be created and provided for each RPO, this customer GATEWAY will allow for the management of Customer platforms (with the appropriate permissions) and give those users a single point of access to their customers MyPeople sites, the URL will be in this format:


  • https://RPOname.mypeoplegateway.com



The GATEWAY will display the appropriate Customer platforms to the appropriate users, providing them single-sign-on access to those platforms. Users will only view Customers they have access to on their Customers page and will only log in to the Customer platform in accordance with their role permissions.


When viewing "My Dashboard" in the GATEWAY, users can view the Customer platforms that they have access to and they will be able to choose to visit a Customer platform by clicking on "visit Site". 




A new tab will open displaying the Customer system, and the user will be automatically logged in to the Customers MyPeople platform:



Setup considerations for GATEWAY Customers (RPO's)


  • Gateway Name
  • Gateway Branding, we can apply a couple of simple themes and Customer Logo's
  • Gateway Users details, their access level, and which of their customers are they to be setup to view e.g. Specific Customers, or ALL customers
  • The Name of the customer/s to be created in the Gateway
  • Do the Gateway owners customers require the GATEWAY Owners branding for their MyPeople System?, or will it be customer specific branding? we can add a logo to the clients MyPeople system, to do that we require a good quality logo/image


This concludes the description and setup of a MyPeople Gateway enabling a Customers Multi-client access.
