Re-Use Candidates Previous Survey Completion

Candidates are identified on the system by their E-mail address. So when a candidate is added to a Job Vacancy or to the Candidate Table, and their E-mail is added. 


Should the candidate have completed the Survey previously under another role the system prompts you whether to send the survey again or to re-use a previous response.



Once a previous response is chosen, the candidate will not be sent another link to complete again, shortly after the job is created, or saved, the candidates scores and profile will automatically show in the Job reporting.
