Job Vacancy Languages
Users can choose to apply a default language to the Job Vacancy, under "Assessment Language" there is a choice of 6 languages:
- French (EU)
- Spanish (EU)
- Portuguese (EU)
- Italian
- Dutch
- German
If no language is specifically chosen, the job vacancy language will default to English (EU)
Candidate Languages
As well as the Job Vacancy language itself, users can now choose a Language for any of the candidates under a job vacancy.
As candidates are added, ensure to make your choice of language the candidate will see on their email invite, and on the assessment platform. A different language to that originally applied to the vacancy itself can be chosen if required.
These language settings will be used when a candidate is invited to complete a survey, and can be edited in the Candidate record inside a job, or as a standalone Candidate.
Hiring Manager/Delegate Languages
As well as the Job Vacancy language itself, users can also apply a Language to the Hiring Manager or Delegate under a job vacancy, a different language to that originally applied to the vacancy can be chosen if required.
These language settings will be used when a Hiring Manager or Delegate is invited to complete a survey. These language settings can be edited and updated in the Job.
E-mail text languages
Once a language is set under the Vacancy or under the Candidate, when editing the email text all relevant languages will be presented for editing.
These language settings will be used when a Candidate or Manager/Delegate is invited to complete a survey. There is a toggle to each language relevant to the Job, the Candidates and the Hiring Manager/Team Benchmark.
Survey/Assessment Languages
Once a language is set under the Vacancy or Candidate language settings, these language settings will be used when a Candidate or Manager/Delegate is invited to complete a survey, and when completing the Survey itself.
The Introduction and each Question of the Survey will be presented in the Candidates, and Hiring Manager/Delegates assigned language, or default to English (EU) if no language is set.
Survey Reminders
If there is a requirement to send any reminders, these reminders will also be in the chosen language.
