Copy an existing Job

We understand you may wish to retain a lot of the setup of an existing job and replicate that making subtle changes, therefore we have developed the ability to copy a job. Once copy job is chosen there will be a series of confirmatory steps to ensure you copy what you actually want from one job to another.

The copy function has been added to the 3 dots menu for a Job, added to the existing Close and Delete options.

Once you have chosen to copy a job the Job build screen shows up with the ability to change the details such Job name, Company, Language, Job Role and once you hit next you are then prompted to decide if you want to copy across the candidates and/or Hiring manager across with the Job.

As soon as you hit save you are taken into the newly copied job, and you can change the Hiring Manager and add and remove candidates as you see fit.
