Select Individuals from an EVA to add to a Hiring Team

When creating a  job, as you add a Hiring Manager/Team benchmark to the job you can now select individuals from an existing EVA that your organisation has been through to create the Team benchmark. 

EVA - is our organisational culture questionnaire, Environment and Values Analysis, this will need to have been conducted on your platform to enable this option.

Once you have chosen to create your Team benchmark from an EVA, choose the appropriate EVA and use the filtered group option to show a list of matching participants according to your selections, then tick to select as appropriate. Previously you could only choose all participants in a filtered group, now you can pick and choose.
